Very dependable resort maintenance personal needed on Saturdays. Starting at $16/hour(not cash) from 8:30am-4:30pm Saturdays from June up to Labor Day. Must have spectacular attention to detail, very thorough, and must be able to take direction well. Would like applicant to have had outdoor work experience before but willing to train if you’re willing to work hard.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Garbage collection

Boat cleaning/driving boats

Lawn mowing/Racking

Beach/lakeweed cleanup

Weed pulling/landscaping

Scrubbing/power washing grills

Cleaning pool

Leaf blowing

Cleaning fish house

Various other tasks

Must be able to lift 50 or more lbs.

We are hiring for an enthusiastic and friendly Guest Service Representative who is passionate about providing remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter by offering convenient, specialty products and services not offered by traditional grocery retailers (i.e. Money Orders, Western Union, Dry Cleaning, Postage, etc.). The Guest Service Representative is responsible for upholding Coborn’s high standard of service by supporting the front-end, as well as the remainder of the store, through cashier interventions, transaction reversals/corrections, and other unique transactions (i.e. returns, coupon refunds, exchanges, etc.).

Responsibilities

A day in the life of the Guest Service Representative may include any combination of the below duties (and more!):

  • Maintain a “Say Yes to the Guest” attitude by providing remarkable guest service.

  • Perform all front-end functions including, but not limited to: cashiering, bagging, running money order machines, electronic payment machines, postal machinery, copies, lottery equipment, Western Union, bookkeeping, etc.

  • Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges.

  • Conduct cashier accuracy audits.

  • Provide low-level troubleshooting and/or inform store management of problem areas, including: pricing, equipment breakdowns, service levels and standards, personnel problems, etc.

  • Provide backup services to employees in all areas of responsibility including bookkeeping, Guest Services, cashiering, bagging, and pushing carts.

  • Provide backup to the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager in his/her absence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Guest Service Representative position:

  • is a self-motivated and enthusiastic people person who is a guest service “rock star”;

  • has excellent communication skills; and

  • has the ability to efficiently and accurately operate multiple POS systems and accurately handle all forms of payment transactions; and

  • is excellent with multi-tasking.

Must be able to work every other weekend and rotating holidays. Must be able to work a wide variety of shifts based on guest and location needs.

This is an ideal role for an individual who may want a supplemental income or simply enjoys the flexibility of a part-time job that offers great wages! It’s no secret that many Frito-Lay Detailers fall in love with the work and become full-time team members. Detailer hours vary based upon assigned route and average less than 20 hours per week. Some of the more frequent tasksyou will perform include:

  • Driving to assigned locations in your personal vehicle (we’ll provide mileage reimbursement while you’re on the clock)
  • Check-in and out with manager on duty
  • Merchandising cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products such as Doritos, Classic Lays, Tostitos, Smartfood Popcorn, etc.
  • Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products
  • Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes and disposing of any waste
  • Assist in the assembling and disassembling of temporary mobile displays

It’s a physical job. We transform store aisles, end caps, and displays into works of art, from the lowest shelf to the highest shelf. This position requires that you be able to lift 15 to 40 pounds, climb, push, pull, bend, stand, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with, or without, a reasonable accommodation.

Some Detailers who come to work with us have a wide variety of experience, but for others it may be their first job. Frito-Lay is happy to offer an amazing training program that will get you up to speed quickly.
